Overview of SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING IN TWO HOURS A MONTH
Many small business marketers avoid social media marketing because of the expectation that it will take too much time. However, we’ve seen clients benefit from as little as two hours a month on social media. I’ll outline the process we’ve developed with a number of clients over the past few years including some tips on what to post and what social venues to consider.


PLACE & TIME
I’ll give my presentation during and moderate the “Social Media Marketing for the Busy Manager” session currently scheduled for 2:00pm to 2:45 pm.

The CT Business Expo is being held at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford on June 5th.

Caitlin Thayer, Owner at Barefoot Media, and Paul Pita, CEO/Executive Creative Director at The Pita Group will also give presentations in this session. We’ll each give short  overviews of our presentations then open it up to Q&A. The full presentations will be available to attendees of the CT Business Expo.

I'll present Social Media Marketing for Attorneys  in 2 Hours a Month 
Friday March 21, 2014 at the Burlington Hilton, Burlington VT

Here's an outline - 
 
Many solo attorney and small firms avoid social media marketing because of the expectation that it will take too much time. However, we've seen benefits for our clients spending as little as a couple hours a month, including:
 
• Increasing organic visibility by getting more content out on the web.
• Helping to dominate page 1 search results with positive listings when prospective clients research you or your firm by name (and many prospective clients do!)
• Helps build awareness.
• May help increase incoming links to your site from social venue connections and from other sites when people share your announcements. Some of these links may help increase search rankings for your web site or social venues as well as bring targeted traffic to your web site or social venues.
• Facilities communication with some clients, vendors, job seekers, etc 
 
We'll go through the process we have developed for our clients.
 
The presentation is currently scheduled for Friday at 3:00 pm and is approved for 2.0 MCLE credits
