The reason "differentiation" doesn't work in the traditional classroom is that it is not supported by a curriculum, philosophy and method of instruction. It can work, however. when designed properly - that design is called Montessori education. Come see this exemplary method of education in action at The Montessori School. Give us call at 215-542-0740.

If you missed this, why not check out the Montessori system of educating? Art often involves one's hands. This is what Maria Montessori said about hands:
Art often involves one's hands. This is what Maria Montessori said about hands:
"The human hand, so delicate and so complicated, not only allows the mind to reveal itself but it enables the whole being to enter into special relationships with its environment... man 'takes possession of his environment with his hands.' His hands, under the guidance of his intellect transform this environment and thus enable him to fulfill his mission in the world."
