Bye bye summer....time to get back to bizness.  So long pizza, farewell burgers on the bbq weekly, goodbye ice cream.  It's been nice....but time to move on.  My web work has me pretty bogged down lately.  Finding time for working out will be a challenge.

Taking a break from the diet and training, enjoying my summer with my family.  Back to business come September.  I am happy to say I have only put 3.5 lbs back on in 2 months.

OK....End of my two week holidays coming up and I seem to be packing on the pounds.  Up 9 pounds from my low now.  Changing your routine can really mess things up.  All that time on my feet at work really adds up in the calorie burning department I guess.  Last week of my off period....then back to business.  I have a lot to lose but feel it will come off pretty quickly at the start again.
