I almost bought a budget level ASUS laptop for my dad yesterday as a Christmas present, but ultimately went with a Lenovo after reading some depressing ASUS reviews. That said, Engadget seems really excited about this one. Worth watching at least.

You know you want to listed to me and +Timmy Wood discuss our love of the Muppets for two solid hours. It gets kind of deep at one point! And it ends in song!

The word balloons in Brian Azzarello and Eduardo Risso's SPACEMAN demand a steep learning curve, but it's more than worth the climb.

Last month's issue #1 was only a buck, but it's stuck with me like no other book in the week's since. Issue #2 is just as compelling and proves that context and patience can open up even the most challenging stories.

My cousin James, his wife Angela and the story of their recent engagement and wedding made the Philadelphia Inquirer today.

Recommended for fans of cute love stories and the people who deserve that kind of happiness.

This year, as in every year, I am thankful for stories, storytellers, art and artists.

I am thankful that I work for people who cherish those same things. I am thankful for the friends and collaborators I have met through this work and the conversations I'm blessed to have with them each day. That they fuel and inspire my own works. That they comfort me in times of doubt and so graciously welcome me into their homes when I travel. Above all, I am thankful for a family that supports my pursuits and passion for the arts and creativity. It's a charmed life and I am ever grateful.

Love to you and yours this holiday.

Thank you for making this year and every year all the better for your friendship.

My admiration for Scott Snyder's writing finally reaches an inappropriate level in my review of BATMAN #3.

I am also a big fan of Scott Snyder. I am loving his writing style and its combination with Greg Capullo's art. This was an awesome issue and I am looking forward to more. He has been teasing Batman #6 on his twitter feed. This is going to be 3 long months of waiting.

PAGE EIGHT on MASTERPIECE CONTEMPORARY this Sunday in the states. Stars Bill Nighy, Rachel Weisz, Michael Gambon and Ralph Fiennes. Written and directed by David Hare (THE HOURS, THE READER).

MI-5. Murder. Conspiracy. Nighy.

All the hell over this one.
