A lovely bagpipe serenade from Laurie and Mike's beautiful wedding yesterday. We couldn't have been happier to be a part of such a lovely ceremony.

All of us at Sage Hill Above Onion Creek would like to express our immense gratitude to Mat at Blue Computer Solutions for keeping us up and running under the most unusual circumstances. He always handles each challenge with grace and professionalism. Mat asks all the right questions to ensure he understands what you need, not what he thinks you need, so he gets it right the first time. And with his 24 hour availability, he's ready to help you anytime, day or night. Working with Mat, you are both reassured and informed during every step of the process. And believe me, we have thrown him some real curve balls! Thanks for relieving our stress and providing the service and solutions we need.

Just spent a marvelous two days at this lovely Inn. Amy, the Inn Keeper, was so charming and welcoming! Love the kitties - Bootsie, Nigel and Oliver. The Toalson Suite was perfect for my friend and me. I stayed in the twin room - very cozy. The fireplace came in handy, as it was a chilly couple of days! Both of our spa treatments, massage and facial, were heavenly! All this and AMAZING BREAKFASTS and dinners. The gardens are beautiful, as is the pool area. Just perfect!

Incredible! My wife and I came for our first vacation away from the daughter. We were 100% pleased. We stayed in one of the 3rd floor rooms. Bed was comfy, room was cozy, and bathroom was clean and large. The entire staff was very friendly (from the inn keeper to the chef to the gardener). Great hiking trails. Quiet and secluded, yet close to Austin (and Salt Lick). Our absolute favorite thing about our stay was the included breakfast AND dinner. Every single meal was wonderful! And they accommodated my wife's gluten allergy. We will be coming back many times more. Gig'em!

My wife and I celebrated our 7yr anniversary this past weekend and we throughly enjoyed our stay at Sage Hill Inn. From the moment you arrive on the property you feel like you're in your own little paradise. I loved the hill country feel because it was peaceful and tranquill. The entire staff from the moment we checked in until we left was great. Our room (Hays) was perfect. A balcony, huge tub, and comfortable bed. Each day we were treated to a great breakfast and a 3 course dinner each night. The property is huge so if you want to get away, you can take a stroll on any one of the walking trails. We had a great time and this is definitely a place we would recommend to anyone celebrating a special occasion or in need of some needed R&R.

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Off the beaten path but you find all the first class amenities you need. Rooms are large and comfortable and the food is awesome. Freshest ingredients and it was great to hear from the chef and kitchen staff. You'll want to go back again, and we'll be there!!

I spent a blissful two days at the Inn. My room was accessible, comfortable and private, the staff attentive but not obtrusive, the spa treatments sublime, and the food impeccable. The trails, tree swings, and hammocks ensure a lovely respite if that's what you want, and that's what I went to experience. It didn't hurt that the most magnificent double rainbow appeared while I was there, followed by the most spectacular evening light I've ever seen....I will most definitely return!

We spent three days at Thelma's cottage. The food was amazing, the cottage was adorable and private. We would recommend that the maid service improve. It was strangely half cleaned up each day. Also would like coffee and creamer to be restocked each day. We loved the pool deck but the weather was not quite good enough to use. Read another review that suggested moving dinner until 6:30-7. I agree with this as it puts a tight time restraint on day trips. Beds were very comfortable. The service was good, but could be brought up just a bit to make it a true five star.

My husband and I have been coming here every so often for the past 11 years. No matter what room we stay in, we always feel so blessed to have a relaxing and peaceful place to get away. The dinners and breakfasts never disappoint and I cannot resist the homemade cookies that are always available any time of day. The staff are kind, courteous, and welcoming. We love the recent additions to the property especially the fire pit.
