ROFI, the fifth prototype was released today!

Created a 3D printable version of a harmonic drive (a first as far as we know). Harmonic drives are mechanical gear systems that have some very nice properties such as no backlash and high gear ratios. Hopefully the design can be refined to provide a useful actuator for future versions of robots.

Progress is being made towards getting all of the FOBO software uploaded to the website. The FOBO Poser application

poser | projectbiped

has been cleaned up and posted (binary and source) along with the Remote Control Arduino program which needs to run on board FOBO to make it work.
The Servo Calibration instructional presentation has been finished and posted as well as the Servo Centering program. Thanks for all of the positive feedback!
