This was a test shot using 645pro on my iPhone 4 to see how much detail was capture using the dRAW setting. Also wanted to try using Mountain Lions Preview to see how it handles editing the image post-process. #645pro
I decided I wanted to try make an HDR image using 645pro as the capture application with its dRAW outputs. While walking to familiar territory, I came upon the bridge I was looking for. There was a problem though; apparently the city decided to make a walking trail a road. I looked at my wife and said, "Now there's a road to nowhere." So, I made it my subject.
When I setup the tripod to take multiple exposure shots, my wife and my daughter decide to walk down the "road" to see what was back there. With that in mind, she took her phone with her. I was planning to use her phone's light to trick the sensor to think its too bright, but that didn't happen. I decided to put off the HDR shot after a couple failed attempts, and instead, I took the shot and made it a Filterstorm project.
At first, I messed around with color schemes, then moved on to stylizing the overall look. I eventually decided to just kill all the color, and put it back into the stripes. All of this was done in about 15 minutes. If I would've taken any longer, I would've ended up clearing all my work and letting it sit. #645pro#filterstorm
