Due to the back and forth nature of an out of state co-sign, we were at the place for an extended period of time. Everyone was very friendly to us, rather helpful. We ended up purchasing a new Honda Civic LX from East Coast Honda through Jacob. The man with the patience of a saint! He worked with us on price, helped us find a deal we couldn't find anywhere else (and we tried!), and was extremely nice the entire time. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, and didn't hesitate to tell us anything and everything about the vehicle, and the purchasing process. It was our first time buying from a dealer, we'll be back for our next purchase, and recommend East Coast Honda to anyone looking to purchase a car in the near future. Thanks for making life a little easier on us!

I had visited this place many times before. But, our last 'visit' (it was delivered this time around). Was horrible. The food was rather dry, the delivery person asked for an amount that was much higher than told over the phone. Then, the sushi... It wreaked of vinegar. When calling to make a complaint, they stated it had simply been left out too long. They told us they hadn't made new rice in a 'while'. When asked for a refund or to have something fresh made. We were told no manager was available and we would have to suffice with something of equal value. We ordered $10 worth of sushi and got a $7 steak bowl off of the lunch menu... Not eating there again. All it takes is one really bad experience.
