Not my cup of tea. Got a side salad and the fettuccine Alfredo and both were disgusting. I couldn't even choke it down. I definitely prefer the Olive Garden to them any day. And another thing I can't stand when dining out is having to ask my waitress for another drink. It wasn't even busy at the time we went.

The food was pretty good, overall, although the soup was just lukewarm. Service was okay, early on, but crashed hard when our server got a table with 18 guests. Portions, by the way, seemed small, for the costs.

The customer service of this particular location was well above and beyond! My friend and I had car trouble... it was a friday night and getting busy. One very sweet host (young gentleman) and a server by the name of Alex were incredibly helpful to us in jumping our car IN THE RAIN! And the best part? Neither of them flinched in wanting to offer assistance. Our take-out was fabulous and it was an all around great experience!

Me and my wife live less than 1 mile from this wanna be restraunt, and have spent hundreds of dollars there.. Mostly having at least par service. Went in tonight, with my pregnant wife, and was ignored while (13) servers walked past us. Ask for help and was told I just have to wait? Really? Please don't make the mistake of taking your family to this unmanaged joke. 0 stars .. Is being nice.

I worked in the food business for 45 years. I have owned my own Restaurant and Catering business. I have been an executive in College Food Service, Hospital Feeding and Public School Feeding. The management let down their workers on Mothers Day. This should have been one of your busiest day of the year. In a couple of weeks you will face Race Weekend. We had a reservation for 12 and when we got to the table it was set for 8. You had enough silverware to serve 6 people when we were given our food. It was an additional 5 minutes before there was enough silverware to serve our party. You had enough napkins to serve your customers but you should have had enough silverware in house to have done the job. I am sure you expect to replace silverware through out the year. When I received my silverware there were no spoons. You profess to be an Italian Restaurant serving pasta with no spoons.

Horrible experience! Long story short. Do not waste your time ever ordering Curbside at this location. I waited 30 minutes, just to have to go in and pick up my order with no explanation regarding the delay. When I finally got it, it looked like it had been sitting there the entire time. I had thought about leaving and wish I did. Instead, I waste $27 on food that was barely warm. Why would you have so many parking spots for Curbside with only one person running orders. It needs to be lit better because I was parked at the very end furthest from the door. The other staff in the restaurant had no general customer service which infuriated me more. Thank you for wasting almost an hour of my time for subpar quality food and horrible service...
