The electronics department sold me a "new" phone but really it was a new box with a used and battered phone inside that did not match the box. Walmart electronics dept would not exchange the phone until I called police from the store. So, don't shop electronics at this one. They either take returns without checking that the item is in the box, or someone in the department is stealing the items out of the box. They didn't want police called for sure, so, yes, probably employees are stealing electronics and selling the empty box to make it your problem and your money lost. As for the Walmart, this one tends to post price signs for most items, which is unusual for the San Antonio Walmarts.
