Man, where do I start? First off, this park is a joke. Looks nothing like advertised, which is to be expected, but this just fails on every front. Restaurants, pools, rooms, and the "water park" were a joke. I purchased a two night stay WITH water park passes from groupon, and when I checked in, no water park passes were included. The water park was closed and the passes wouldn't be given out until 4 hours AFTER you're supposed to leave the hotel. So, what kind of logic is that? After speaking to the "manager" Luis Martinez, he informed me "well you used our rooms didn't you?" that I wouldn't be able to get a refund for the WATER PARK PASSES I NEVER USED BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THEM. Yet all he could say was "you checked in and used our room" so you won't be getting a refund. Oh and he passed all the blame to Groupon, stating that if I never checked in on the 22nd, they would have refunded me. Yet the hotel told Groupon they wouldn't give out refunds after the 20th. All in all, I spent money on a good that I never received and I have to go through ALL THIS HASSLE to try to get a refund back, when all the resort cares about is taking money from "guests" and not caring about their satisfaction or working to make THEIR MISTAKE right.
