Each bicycle built within the Flying Machine studio is treated with care and precision. We may not be surgeons but we certainly are perfectionists.

With a combined background of architecture, graphic design, fine art and industrial design, our core is driven by both art and science. While our team may be small, our vision and capabilities are large.

Considering the Flying Machine is a collaborative effort, its nothing but natural that customers are involved throughout the process. Not only does this offer a greater sense of satisfaction, but also enables a combination of your vision with our own stylistic identity.

We have defined our own standard in style and quality; this is evident with every product that bears the FM marque.

Very disappointing customer service. After being excited to order and find the frame I wanted in stock in my size, the rest of the build took FOR EVER. Like well over 3 months. I could never get Matt on the phone, and email response was at best sporadic. The sense was that I was unimportant, and this is after paying a substantial deposit. I don't know if the business has cashflow issues or what. It's a shame, as there are beautiful looking machines in promotional material.
