I had my wedding here in September of last year and people are still talking about how they loved the location and the atmosphere of Stonebridge. This venue is not over priced and fit right into me and my husband budget for wedding. Carina was the best, she allowed you to decorate how you want to and was easy to work with when trying to get my ideas across. I wish i could give the venue at 10 because I loved it here. So if your want a nice, friendly and pretty location for your event, Stonebridge is the place to have it.

Greens are gone....bunkers full of water and few contained sand. Half course is closed and can only play a dog track 9 and executive course has wrong yard ages causing hazardous play.. Groups behind mis-club long into forward group. Almost got one in the ear on 1st hole...Looks like a course near or at bankruptcy..sad because surrounded by $300k+ houses..

Do not play this course! My group went there to play Saturday and the course was in pitiful shape. The greens were basically unplayable they were so slow and bumpy, and the bunkers looked like they hadn't been touched in a year. I'm not sure what course these other reviewers went to or if they have never played another course, but it was pathetic. Also don't expect to hit many balls on the driving range because there's a 200 yard limit, and the course isn't that pretty unless you like staring at houses that line every inch of every hole. Overall one of the worst courses I have ever played.

Hello all, I have played here only once before and I had a great time. The course was in fantastic shape and the greens were as well. Great course for the casual golfer, and can also offer some challanges from the tips for the more experienced. Very well set up and would highly recommend. Nick

We have hosted several family events here, and have really appreciated our experience. The pricing is descent and best of all they allow outside caterers. Unfortunately it has been since Katrina that the formal ballroom and kitchen have been shutdown. I hope they open both up soon so we can use them again.

I have lived in New Orleans for 3+ years now and although there are many options for golf and a few very close to where I live I make the trip over the river to play Stonebridge 95% of the time. The staff is fantastic, as well as all the other players you will run into on the course. When most courses are still recovering from winter Stonebridge seems to always be a step ahead with course conditions as well which shows they care about their course year round. Another plus to this course is the options you have when playing it. Other courses although nice, are limited in terms of versatility and length of holes. Stonebridge and 6 sets of tees which means you can choose the length of your game to work on and their greens are VERY large which makes each time you play a different experience as pin placement often moves. I have played it numerous times and it seems I still get stuck which difficult approach shots due to narrow fairways, and short chips that have to be precises otherwise you are in trouble again which keeps you entertained and working on your game. Also there is 27holes at Stonebridge... So it is hard to get bored at this course! Go check it out! Cheers!

Stonebridge is a great course with large greens. Well taken care of. I would highly recommed it to anyone that is visiting New Orleans or to those that are locals. The staff was friendly and the prices are very reasonable for what you get out of the experience. A true New Orleans great!!!

STAY AWAY! My family and I were on our way home from Destin, FL going to Dallas, TX looking to play a round of golf and crash for the night (2 day drive). We looked at all the courses in the New Orleans area and decided on this one because it had GREAT reviews. So we get to the course which is in a nicer part of the city, so far so good. Clubhouse is clean but nothing special. We pay $60 a person to golf for the afternoon, end up spending about $300. We play a couple holes and the course is in TERRIBLE condition. Overgrown, big dead patches in the middle of the greens, carts are in bad condition, tee boxes are lumpy in places. Plus the course is flat and has absolutely no terrain or trees. Im not expecting RTJ or anything, but my local course has a similar plot of land, but they added trees and hills to add some terrain to it. So we're thinking to ourselves, how do they get all these great reviews? A couple holes later, we look up at the plastic slot where the piece of paper goes with names on it for the tournaments and there was an advertisement saying that IF YOU POST A 5 STAR REVIEW ON GOOGLE, YOU GET A FREE ROUND OF GOLF. And we think really? It's so unethical to load your reviews to lure and trap people. STAY FAR AWAY
