Terrible venue. Got a ticket on the floor. Thought it would be better. Not at all. Couldn't see, watched Jeff Dunham on a screen might as well have stayed home and watched it. Then the security kept coming by and shining his light to make sure no one was using their phone. Lame. Parking was 10 bucks beer was 8 bucks everything crazy for a crappy venue.

They don't have parking- funneled everyone into the rtd garage which was cash only. Poorly managed and staffed. Beer at Coors field is less expensive. Will never come to this venue again. What a joke.

Paying $10.00 for parking is a rip off, then all the fee's you have to pay through Altitude Ticking, all kinds of fees for a ticket. Don't attend any shows/concerns here. Pepsi center is much cheaper and nicer inside.

We went to see Jeff Dunham at 1st Bank Center last night and will NEVER go to see another performance at this venue. Trying to park was a DISASTER. We were 10 minutes away and it took over 45" to get to park. This made us late for the show. The entry line was not amenable to wheel chairs. Our seats for wheelchair access had been taken and the attendant was indignant that we would want the seats we paid for. Parking access will only get worse as more of the apartments being built get filled (making living here even more of a disaster during events).

We attended the show at your venue last night and we are very disappointed in how the entrance was managed. The show was to start at 7:30 and doors were to open at 6:30. Since most of the tickets were reserved seating, including ours, a 7pm arrival time should have been perfect. Both entrances were poorly set up and understaffed. Security outside was overwhelmed and were not able to do their job correctly and ticket takers inside the door were equally overwhelmed. We did not get to our seats until after 8pm and the show had started 1/2 our before. I expect a professional concert venue to be professionally managed. The fans were patient and in good spirits. If the weather had been poor, what was the plan? Please offer me some assurance that 1st Bank Center knows how to run an event. I am hesitant to attend a show if this is the best you can do. Sincerely; MikeT

Arrive early to deal with the parking. Event was was well organized, not on time but not too far off, plenty of washrooms, food, and staff available to help direct.

This place needs help. Bad. I am a resident of Broomfield and have been attending events at this venue since it first opened. I live close enough that I have the luxury of being able to walk to the venue, and have seen everything from hockey, basketball, cage fighting, circus shows, concerts, and most recently, comedians. Reading through the other reviews you might think that people are posting based on one bad experience or that it couldn't possibly be as bad as they say. I can tell you having been to a large number of events here, not only is it really that bad, it seems to be getting worse! This place just can not handle crowds. Walking there at least eliminates the parking nightmare that others endure, but not the nightmarishly long lines to get in the building. And I don't mean standard security lines, I mean you are going to miss the first part of the event even though you arrived in plenty of time kind of lines. It is just embarrassing. Please get better.
