If you have ever thought about doing an IronMan this is an awesome video to watch. To train he did a total of 87 miles of swimming, 2700 miles of bike riding and 418 miles of running. Wow!

Thanks, +Robert Booth. It was a lot of movement. I primarily used this training plan to get ready: http://www.ironman.com/triathlon/news/articles/2013/05/six-months-to-ironman-a-basic-training-program.aspx#axzz38iHrPcat

Hey Geeks!

This month we will be continuing on our previous discussion on configuration management with a real SaltStack expert, Seth House. Seth is a developer with SaltStack and has offered to help us better understand the basic architecture of this powerful tool. His previous presentations have really helped me get grounded with Salt and I'm sure it will for you. Not to mention Seth is a very knowledgable developer outside of SaltStack this should be a great meetup.

If you're new to SaltStack this will be the perfect meetup for you. Not very often will you be able to participate in a group discussion with a core developer.
This Hangout On Air is hosted by Robert Booth. The live video broadcast will begin soon.

I think many people are thinking that the car somehow hit those people, which would have been much more tragic. The car, coming to a stop on the carpet, moved the carpet a foot or two to the right. Since everyone was standing on the carpet, they all fall over together.  FUNNY!!!

Nice people. I walked in and was handed a shot at the bar since somebody just bought a round for the bar. First time for that. Band was just way too loud and that's not because I'm an old geezer. Austin's 6th street has a better volume. Good music shouldn't need to be at 11.

The best sauce I've had in a long time. Absolutely made with fresh ingredients. Very nice young staff. They really know how to treat you right and the pizza puts it over the top. 1 star away since they ran out of gluten free dough. But at least they have gluten free.

Food meh, staff normal for Seattle, prices not bad happy hour, drinks light on alcohol, view better than next door at Ray's. I feel like everyone in Seattle could learn to be a little nicer to people. Nothing like Austin Texas. BTW, if someone leaves cash and they should receive change bring the change back. Don't assume this is your tip. You lost out on more of a tip.

You must reserve a seat days in advance to enjoy this awesome breakfast place. The food exceeded my expectations considering the surrounding restaurants. Great food great staff will leave a great memory of sf. Thanks.
