"Life for both sexes... is arduous, difficult, a perpetual struggle. It calls for gigantic courage and strength. More than anything, perhaps, creatures of illusion as we are, it calls for confidence in oneself."
-Virginia Woolf, A Room of One's Own
For all those who found the courage to come out this past year, and for those who will come out this year, this is for you.
Until society sees race as the artificial structure it is, then and only then will the idea that one race is greater than another or that one race is better at some task than the other. We only need to look at Southern California to see race inter-mingling means nothing. The next closest place is the country of Brazil with many of the citizens of multiple racial makeup and it means very little to them.

Here goes. No matter what your religious outlook/belief or lack thereof, SCIENCE does not and can not ever answer the questions of morality or ethical application since that would necessitate the facts make a value judgement, which they can not. Only an individual can make that judgement and even if one does, there are normative value judgements applied upon the task by the society.
E.g. InVitro fertilization. Science states that there is a process of extraction of gametes, the controlled meeting/joining (fertilization) of those gametes to produce a fertilized egg, followed by then implantation into a host for the completion ofgrowth which results in a live birth. In today's science, in vitro fertilization is a reality not just a possibility. Applied Ethics imbues the action as acceptable or not.
ETHICS is s set of logical regulations restrictions put onto or into a particular set of tasks. MORALITY is the application of ethics and religious normative behavior. Therefore one can be ethical but not moral. (E.g. it is ethical to do no more harm, and yet entirely moral to allow an individual to die despite your capacity to heal/repair/renew.)
Those particular question(s) is/are in the Ethical realm. Science is the collection of facts which follow the scientific method: hypothesis (prediction), testing, retesting, conclusion, publication, and verification by competent peer review which analyze your methodology, accuracy, & precision, and conclusions which result in a collective acceptance.
Sadly you incorrectly identified Science as having a morality (set of beliefs) and or ethics (set of standards that society has defined as acceptable) which makes your statement false and the concluding analysis in-valid.
If you are interested, please check out the field of Philosophy called Axiology which includes Ethics & Aesthetics where one examines normative values, ethical behavior, & value theory. A most pleasing and satisfactory realm.
