I think this almost inadvertently became my dream bike build. So here's some details/spec. I am tall (188cm), but with short legs and a long torso so tend to bias to larger bike sizes rather than the standard smaller. Smaller would mean needing a very long stem generally.

De Rosa Sk Pininfarina in 58cm.
Ultegra Di2.
Di2 sprint shifters.
Dura Ace direct mount brakes.
3t Aerotundo Carbon bars (long reach and big drop).
110mm 3t arx stem in the -17deg variant.
Fizik arione r1.
Elite bottle cages.
Stages power meter.
Enve 6.7 tubular wheels.
Continental Proltd tyres.
Speedplay Stainless Pedals.

Saddle height from BB: 76.8cm.
Saddle to bar drop : 11.4cm
Saddle to bar reach : 618mm (monkey arms!)

Weight as pictured is 7.06kg.

Only two build changes to make. The new internal Di2 junction box, and I need a new chainset so will be buying a Quarq D squared in Da9000 flavour. Might get me down to 7.02kg, which is pretty good going for a large aero bike.

New wheelset day.

Needs a set of training wheels for my nice bike. Any suggestions hive mind?

Something in the £5-700 price bracket. Preferably wide, preferably alloy. Weight largely unimportant.

Edit: Prefer cup and cone hubs, but not too fussed.

Some tips for G+ friends and foes coming to Cardiff for the Velothon this weekend. From a local cyclists to our guests:

Good Coffee:
Kin + Ilk
Little Man Coffee Co
Nata and Co

Good beer:
Pipes Brewery, tucked away in Pontcanna and available at various bars through the city.
Urban Taphouse, Westgate Street - run by local brewery Tiny Rebel, a better selection and cheaper than Brewdog which is on the same street.
City Arms - the classic Cardiff Rugby pub, opposite the Taphouse. Good selection, relatively cheap.
Gwdihw Cafe/Bar/late night dancing

Good food:
The Grazing Shed (burgers)
Got Beef Co (burgers)
Vegetarian Food Studio (veggie indian)
Calabrisella (Italian)
Canteen on Clifton Street

There's lots more to choose from, but those are some of my favourites.

Have fun and stay safe!

Wales' racing calendar is all fubared for 2016, with the main weekly crit in South Wales not going ahead. Boo! Less racing.
