Dear all, I am writing this review because I 1. I am very disappointed with the service of this clinic, 2. I hope you can reflect and go to another clinic. I was there a few days ago for rabies vaccination with my cat. My appointment was at 17:30. At 18:30 we finally met the vet. My first impression was that the Vet wasn't confident, but I thought "maybe it is only my wrong perception, I am in clinic". I got used to that my cat first of all should be checked for his weight, tnen teeth and then usually a Vet proceeds with the vaccination. So she first started with the vaccination (it was evident that she was rushing, because in the waiting room there were other clients waiting). After she did the vaccination she started to tell me "I am not authorised to put my signature into the passport of your cat"....and I was like "WHAT"? So I thought who is she if she isn't a Vet? She told me that the licensed Vet will put the signature after a few days, it means that I needed to come back again to collect the passport. Please note, I've paid for a professional service and didn't know what to say as I was speechless at that point. After the weekend I talked with their manager (my God what a false person....) I explained the situation and she told me that I will expect the passport without the sticker of the vaccine on it. I thought she is crazy, because this is the standard procedure when you meet your vet, she/he after the vaccination must put the sticker on the passport along with the signature and the date of the vaccination and when it will expire. Would you believe, that she told me that the stiker is not available anymore. I told her that I will come to collect the passport and I will expect that find everithing there, otherwise I will see her in the court. When I came I was given my cat's passport with the sticker and signature; I noticed than on their desk there were other at least 20 passports and when I asked to another Vet (manager Mrs Vivian Leung, wasn't in the clinic, neither the Vet Dr. Maria Becerra, who did the vaccination). I asked this other Vet what my cat needs to do next before the trip. She told me that there are only 21 days to wait before the trip and then she didn't know if there are other treatments to do. Never again. Now I even sure who is this "Vet" Maria Becerra. Is she a real Vet?? I was still in the room with my cat and the receptionist came inside and were started to explain to her who is the next patient and wht she need to do (I was still there and she didn't finish to check the weight of my cat....) Please if you care about your pet, find another clinic. Don't pay attention to other positive reviews here. And if you still want to go there, at least ask to see a real licensed Vet.

Took my cat in yesterday after he had been missing for 4 weeks and so he was malnourished and stressed. Found vet aloof and un-interested. The examination of my cat was rudimentary. Despite mentioning that he had been seen crossing a dual carriageway I had to ask her to check claws for signs of RTA. Even then she didn't notice that he had pulled claw out until I said it looked sore. No advice given on settling him in at home again although I offered that he was anxious. Saying that I was fitted in the same day, I was seen on time, prices were reasonable and my cat was treated appropriately

We've been going to this vets for over 6 years and have consistently been pleased with the friendly service. Our cat has had both routine care and surgery and has at least once stayed in their cattery. There is the convenience of a couple of parking spaces and they are open on Saturdays (mornings) and reasonably into the evenings to at least pick up refills of medications etc.

Taken both my cats here and found everyone to work there to be really friendly and caring. They vet explained all treatments and options in a professional and straight forward manner making sure I understood. He also went out of his way to call with results and check how my cat was doing when he was very poorly and going through lots of tests. His calm, caring and friendly manner was vital when you are going through a distressing and worrying time. All the staff seem to enjoy their jobs and care about the animals as well as their owners. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Been with this surgery for years. They were very understanding and senistive when I had the tough decision to put my cat to sleep. Saved my other cat's life too with quick action and so happy he's still with me 5 years on.

Outstanding - Caring - Informative and up-to-date. I use this practice because my cat Faye loves Amanda, Penny and Jackie xxxx; Faye has Chronic Renal Failure - she loves all the nurses and vets who in turn love her back. They all take great interest in her progress and quality of life. They have given Faye the second chance that no other specialist or practice could have - whilst keeping prices reasonable and her quality of life is amazing due to the right care and treatment. I cant thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I moved to the Colliers Wood area just over a year ago and really needed a more local vet. I was so happy to find 4 Paws, my cat Ninja was so well treated when she had an allergy. All the advice and help I got was perfect and Ninja was really quickly on the mend. She had just the right amount of follow up appointments until she back to 100%. In the meantime I was introduced to a wee stray cat that they were looking after (I made the enquiry first) and without any pressure 4Paws were really helpful in advice for adopting the new cat. So pleased that I now have 2 cats living together quite happily. Thanks 4 Paws I would absolutely recommend you to any pet owners.

4paws is a great vets - my cats have been going to them since I first got them (about a year). I am always impressed with the personal service and that they always seem to remember my cats names when I walk in with them. The vets really care about the animals they look after - I hated leaving my cats to get neutered, but it was a little easier knowing I was leaving them with people I trusted to look after my fur babies!
