New Guest Post from Sara M. of justsweatthroughit.blogspot.com.

We’re often so consumed with how to fix a situation rather than discovering new ways to live or adapt in the situation. We each live with #hyperhidrosis differently, but across the board it’s without a doubt challenging.

Living with #Hyperhidrosis can be a real cause of embarrassment and make your social interactions very uncomfortable. If so, it is highly likely that you wish to find out how to stop sweating for good, due to the condition’s dehabilitating nature ruining your shared experiences with others. But if you try to make some changes to your lifestyle, you will be pleasantly surprised to find that your situation can be improved.

#NightSweats are also known as Nocturnal Hyperhidrosis, which generally involves excessive sweating during sleep. People who suffer from this condition usually wake up in the middle of the night to find both their sleepwear and sheets drenched, regardless of their bedroom’s temperature.

Sweating excessively during sleep may, or may not, be associated with excessive perspiration during the day. Flushing, which is a warmth and redness of the face or trunk, can be very difficult to distinguish from night sweats and may therefore be accordingly attributed wrongly as such.
