Service was awful!!!!!!!!They were not busy at all. I had to get up and ask for a refill of coffee. The people sitting next to us had to wait 45 minutes for their food. Again there were only a handfull of people in the restaurant. I will never again eat at this restaurant. On top of it all our food came out cold. Mega disappointed :(

Hostess made us feel as if we where not supposed to be there without a reservation. 20 min wait to get seated, 10 min to get drinks,10 min to get order taken, 15 min to get horrable stuffed mushroom appitiser, 15 more min for way over cooked $19.00prime rib. (Ive never seen prime rib that was grey HORRIBLE). 10 min to get to go box (for the dogs!!!) The another 10 min for the $76.00 bill. This place sucked. Should have just went to wendy's.....

This was one the place you took you parents when they came to visit you at college. Not anymore. Although it has a rich history as the Train Station in Kent and is reportedly haunted I don't see any redeeming qualities anymore. The food is lack luster, the wait staff is lazy and the ambiance is non existent. Too bad because the location and building are one of a kind!

They have great food, at times the service is slow,, but when it is,,, it is because they are very busy. The food tastes great, we have gotten great service each time we have went in. The owner Kevin is very nice, he takes time to talk with the customers, and take care of any concerns if there is any. It is one of the best restaurants in Kent. The servers do a great job at taking care of customer requests. I have liked each one we have had,

We went to the graduation lunch on Saturday May 11, ordered Rib Eye at over $18.00 Wife ordered rare I ordered medium rare both got the same ---medium rare both still cool ...Microwaved obviously. Not cooked to order, total bill with tip $130 ..worth it With all the new stuff going on in Kent will Pufferbelly survive?..doubt it. Also we ordered the dessert Chocolate Torte which was described as Chocolate sponge layers with chocolate cream, chocolate swirls, and crisp chocolate meringue, both of the latter was missing, no explanation and no reduction in price. I would have complained but felt it would have spoilt an otherwise good occasion, which I am sure is what they were relying on. Very disappointed with what I have experienced before as an improving restaurant to what it was.
