Are you addicted (or committed) to being busy? I confess I can be...sometimes its because its easier to be busy than feel some uncomfortable feelings. Sometimes its because I believe the thought "I must be productive. I mustn't waste precious time". Sometimes its because I haven't said 'no' and now have too much on my plate. What keeps you busy? And what is the price you pay? Maybe its time to release old beliefs, habits that hurt and give yourself permission to make room for downtime in your life?
