Get out and join Park City’s newest tradition! The 5th annual Running with Ed relay is a 38 mile, 10 leg race that navigates through the streets of beautiful Park City. The course features surfaces from pavement to trail, fast downhill runs to challenging hill climbs, easy sections for newbies and tough lets for the experts. Participants will wind through city parks, neighborhood school campuses, past Olympic venues and straight down historic Main Street.

New this year, RWE is opening the field to 6,7 and 10 person teams. If you’re not a runner, don’t worry, members can share the work by splitting up the legs. If you’re in it to win it, speed prizes are awarded to teams of 5. For more information on how to sign up for this upcoming Park City, Utah event, go to http://runningwithed.com/.

We signed up to their new years dinner - we had been there last year and stayed at the hotel before. We left 2 phone messages before/around Christmas setting it all up, and even talked to somebody on the phone on Dec 28. All seemed ok and we were excited. Thus, we were utterly surprised an irritated to receive a phone call on Dec 30 telling us that they are not going to offer our reservation, leaving us with no options for our family celebration. Just not what you would call great service, unfortunately...

The only reason for not giving this place 5 stars is the alarm kept going our first morning there (early) and we had to evacuate. Other than that, the place is great. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful view and friendly staff.

This property just changed to a Hyatt and the management has not much of a clue at this point how to run the property. It is beautiful, if you like rooms with 25 watt bulbs, gorgeous appliances in the suites, but if you ask the front desk for anything it gets either ignored or produces strange results (our request for coffee cups resulted in water glasses to be delivered after about an hour). And it is not ski-in/ski-out due to a dispute between the canyons resort and the hotel. Stay away until they have their act together.
