After Dismissal Arguments, Judge Says Dewey & LeBoeuf Case Going to Jury - Lawyers for three former Dewey & LeBoeuf executives sought to have a criminal case against their clients dismissed Tuesday, but a New York judge said the case would go to a jury, hopefully by mid-September.

Introduction

The National Law Journal provides timely legal information of national importance to attorneys that other publications don't, including:
