It's 5 stars- what's not to like?!!! Great service, great food, great poolside. Our first night here we noticed the mattresses were surprisingly horrible compared to the first time we were here many moons ago. I called housekeeping and within 30 minutes they brought us brand new spanking mattresses that were still in the plastic wrapping! Im not kidding! The new mattresses were awesome as they claim them to be! Now, THAT'S service! This is why we always come back to Bellagio - it's a guaranteed great experience! I read some of the reviews down below, and yes the rooms don't have the frills, BUT if you call housekeeping, they will bring you pretty much anything you want - slippers, q-tips, extra robes, and even a refrigerator! Just got to ask! For $144 a night for two people ... You really need to stop complaining peeps! If you want to complain, go stay at Ballys! My one complaint would be the smokers (agh!! Disgusting how many people smoke here!) but that's in all hotels ive visited here. We are on a non smoking floor and it does smell like smoke. The poolside also has smokers. :( They really need to have a pool just for smokers or a smoking a section. There are 3 pools here, after all? 4?

The beautiful Bellagio Hotel and Casino puts you in the prime location of the famed Las Vegas Strip. As a resort, the Bellagio excels in many ways: its fantastic casino, the best chocolate shop in town, high end shopping, gourmet restaurants, seasonally themed inside gardens, and blown glass sculptures are the tip of the iceberg. Christmas at the Bellagio is a holiday you owe to yourself to take. No matter the season, the iconic outdoor fountains which dance to beautiful music is a wonderful show, especially when you realize you are in the middle of a desert. I never tire of watching this fantastic show and marveling at the engineering design involved. The Bellagio is not only a beautiful resort but a first class hotel. The suites are luxurious and very spacious. The staff are professional and personable. I leave the Bellagio dreaming of my next visit to the land of dancing waters. This hotel, casino and the shops remain at the top of the heap in my book. Coupled with the courtesies of the host and all of the staff, it makes one feel both at home and pampered at the same time. Thanks Trina!!

One of the best hotels on the strip. I had a executive room with fountain view. Rooms start at a good price and quickly rise to what a guest wants. Great location in the middle of the las vegas strip with good hotels around it. The buffet in this hotel has to be one of the best on the strip. Always long lines to enter the buffet. Best to go early. Worth every cent.

Alessandro Pereira is fantastic! I had friends celebrating at the Chef's table in the buffet and wanted to surprise each of them with a drink. Generally, credit card payment is not taken over the phone so it didn't look like it was going to be possible. He told me he would see what he could do and then call me back. My phone rang only a few minutes later with Alessandro Saying he had figured out a way to make it work. He said he wanted to "think outside the box" in order for me to treat my friends to a surprise drink. What an exceptional Manager! I could tell he's a good person because he appreciated what I was trying to do for my friends...and he made it happen! Thanks again, Alessandro Pereira!

Housekeeping was rude. We ate at The Fix inside the Bellagio. It took over an hour for our food to be served and we were their when they opened at 5pm. MLife membership is not what it use to be. Rooms and hallways constantly smell like smoke. The casino is so full of smoke.

Obviously a Wynn project as evidenced by the amazing architecture and extravagant design. He nailed it ... BUT ... its aging and that aint good in Vegas where there is always someone newer, younger and prettier competing for that almighty dollar! It is an MGM property now and still incredibly nice so don't get me wrong. And their rates are as affordable as many of the other older properties that aren't nearly as cool. Good job Bellagio.

This by far is my favorite hotel casino ever in Las Vegas. It's just classically beautiful. The glass sculptures are just gorgeous the indoor bush sculptures equally as stunning. It's the kind of place that just makes you feel fancy when you walk around in there. It's very central strip and is easy to get inside and out of and is right among all the big hotels. I don't know what it costs to stay here because I never have but, wow I would love to one day. I would say staying here or not it's a must stop on the Vegas Casino tour. They have some restaurants and shops but, just taking in the sights is good enough for me.

The Bellagio hotel purports to be the high end MGM property in Las Vegas and by most outward appearances it is. Its halls are lined in marble and the have some of the best shops in Hermes and Prada. In the gambling business most of a casino o hotels revenue and profit margin come from slot machines. Even more so from high limit slot machines. On June 4th and 5th I came over to the Bellagio to play in their high limit slot room even though I was staying at the MGM Grand Hotel. I also played at the Aria Hotel and casino prior to arriving. I am a high limit slot player and thus usually enjoy high quality treatment and customer service. To say the timeliness, courtesy and overall customer care was atrocious would be putting it mildly. I have played in most casinos in the United States and have experienced a wide range of service styles. In the Bellagio high limit room on this night the average time to receive a jackpot payout was about 45 minutes. Other examples of consistent mistakes were when I asked for the money in a ticket so I could continue playing they would give me cash. When I asked for cash they would give me a ticket. In one instance they out a jackpot my wife won under my SSN. Even though we did not play next to each other all night they randomly assigned the income and tax liability to myself. The casino manager, slot manager, and slot supervisor on duty should all be completely ashamed of how their staff acted. Now sometimes, some places have every single thing go wrong. The attitude that I was given back was one of disgust, and lack of empathy. There was literally no response every time I voiced my displeasure. I will never ever ever stay at the Bellagio again and I suggest other potential guests don't as well.
