The biggest problem with this place is that it is too popular for it's own good. It gets uncomfortably crowded fast. The layout of the bar is not crowd friendly, which adds to the annoyance. If you get their early enough to get a table or on the shuffle board, you're pretty golden. Until you need to get a drink. Their selection of beers on tap is very impressive, though, which is what keeps me from writing this place off.

Great range of delicious beers with nice indoor and outoor seating. Get there early for great offerings at happy hour. Loved it.

Pretty cool bar and worth a night out sometime. Interesting design and solid enough location. Never blew me away but never had a bad time there. Always a few cool beers to try, always groups of people laughing and having a good time, no complaints from me.

If you are a beer drinker, they only sell micro brews, which is okay for some people but not for me. They have a lively Karaoke in the bar which is fun, and several games, like darts. They have an outdoor patio in the front and one on the side. The staff was friendly.

A bar that some of my friends seem to like, but it's way too crowded for my liking (and many agree). The layout causes a roadblock right when you enter if you arrive at a normal hour. You have to get there really early to get a spot at the bar or the outdoor tables. There normally isn't much of a line, but it's shoulder to shoulder in the bar. The prices are about average with other places. They have a very large beer selection. This is a place I would consider going on a weekday, but not a Friday or Saturday.

I think you either love this bar or you don't. It also depends on who you are with. Its very hipster and all about the beer. If you like a wide variety of beers to taste this is your place. Its small and gets very crowed, getting drinks can get difficult but people are nice and generally help each other out. Its not my first choice of places in LA but its certainly not bad.

I just moved here from the midwest and did some research to find bars with craft beers. Found this place and the selection of beer was excellent. The staff knew their products and were friendly and engaging. They had food there from a local restaurant I think it was called salt's cure and it went with the beer perfectly. Possibly the best hot dog I ever ate. The best part was that I made 3 new friends. I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area.

Very cool joint to grab a drink! Decor and ambiance are chill - kind of a cross between comfort of home and a speakeasy (if such things could cross). What really lifts the place up though is the focus and emphasis on quality craft beer. Not only will you find great and respected brewery selections on tap, but you're likely to see stuff that isn't that common - ie special releases and seasonal releases. The owner does a great job keeping things appealing (with drink options and entertainment), running smooth and even extends generosity when none should be expected. Mos def worth a visit on repeat occasions!
