This is a real review by a real consumer: There are lots of car dealers out there, and then there are the few who actually are old-fashioned "customer comes first" dealers. I went to Palm Coast Ford to have my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2012 nissan armada andlook at a big Ford SUV while that was being done. The manager "BZ" was very friendly in a sincere way and introduced me to a Sales Professional named Steve Delic, who was impressive. Knew his product very well, listened to my needs, and was not "pushy." While there, I looked over the Ford Expedition model. One thing I respect is the fact that Ford did not participate in the multi-trillion dollar robbery of US Taxpayers in 2008, absurdly called the "bailout." That means a lot to me. Ford did not steal a cent from us, as did all other car makers in the US. This was never a bailout, but a massive fraud and robbery that does NOT have the Ford name on it. That is why I went to Ford. The service department changed the oil, filter and topped off ALL the fluids, something many dealers do not do. This dealer is a gem of a dealer. Old fashioned Customer service, competent service department and Sales Professionals, and genuine friendly people. My nissan lease is coming up in the next few months, and I will be going back to Palm Coast Ford to test drive the 2015 Expedition. Jim Morrison

This is a real review by a real Customer. Usually I do not write reviews for lawyers, at least not 5 star ones lol. I filed what I believed was a provisional patent 3 years ago for a utility patent. Two months ago, I set out to file another provisional patent on a different device. I was searching for provisional patent templates, and help writing a provisional patent and I found Brads site, Patent File. I bought the lowest cost package, since I intend to file a non-provisional (full) patent after getting investors. This was my experience and detailed review about the best provisional patent program out there: > Value of content in package = 5 stars [out of 5] . After using alI the info, tips, an watching the vids, and incorporating same in my application, I would have paid twice what I did pay. I found out that what I thought was a thorough provisional patent I had filed 3 years ago, in fact, was very inadequate. Not so this time. I covered ALL the bases, thanks to Brad. He gave me >> invaluable << intel in how to properly file a provisional patent. I mean this. It would be very challenging for anyone to hijack my patent the way I wrote it. I looked at likely $10,000 patents filed for Clients by lawyers with kind of similar devices, which were, frankly, not as good as what I wrote. They missed a LOT of stuff. (Maybe I'll email them Brad's site lol) > Presentation = 5 stars. The Patent File provisional patent help program is succinct, relevant, an don point, all the way through the process. > Responsiveness = 5 stars again. Brad responded to the 8 or 9 emails I sent within an hour (but f course I emailed during the day lol). Many times the response time was less than 20 minutes. His responses were on point and relevant. > Ease of implementation of info = 5 stars - I found out that this program is very easy to follow, but follow it. Don't ignore anything in the program, especially uploading the drawings. The USPO makes the entire process agonizing as a root canal without zylocaine, but Brads' program was like anesthesia. I did not pay attention to the "Brad way" to upload .pdf's of drawings, and used Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, which I thought would work (call me an idiot - I actually though a $500 program would work anywhere, even with the government). > Overall value= 8 stars out of five, as I said, I would have paid likely twice what I paid. It's all about how valuable your time is. Brads program easily saved me at least 8 -- 12 ? hours of my time and gave me a confidence I needed to do this correctly. Bottom line - This man is honest, knowledgeable, and delivered more than 100% to me. I intend to talk with Brad again about filing the non-provisional patent, since I know I am dealing with someone honest, capable and thorough. This concludes a real review by a very happy Customer. Meet one of the WORST nissan dealer sin the US: nissan of Saint Augustine! I have a 2009 Armada LE. This is my 8th and FINAL Nissan. In 15 years of owning only nissans, I have watched their quality go straight to hell. This $55,000 Armada is the LAST nissan for me. nissan of St. Augustine has the WORST "service" department I have ever experienced in 30 years of owning cars. I have been in there over 7 times in 18 months. The big problem was their SABOTAGE of a multiple valid warranty claims, which I will explain in a moment. On the 7 occasions I had to use them for a simple oil change, or warranty work, here is what happened. The oil changes were exactly that: an oil change and NOTHING else. They filled the washer fluid with - water. They did not check a single thing on the so-called 21 point checklist. They did not check the wiper blades, which were ragged. Ignored a simple cleaning of one crusted battery terminal. On all 3 oil changes they changed the oil and nothing else was checked! But the REAL problems arose with warranty work - TIP: if you need warranty work: RUN from this dealer. They will do everything possible to SABOTAGE your warranty claim, even though it is valid. I had tremendous rust inside and outside of this defective sled, even in the headrest stems. The wheels are heavily pitted. My right side mirror broke because it had a defective mirror frame. This dealership told Nissan it was "typical wear and tear", a flat out LIE. The clown who runs the "service" department told me that I need to >>> wash my car every day to prevent rust, as I live within 1 mile of the beach <<<. I asked him: "should I also wash my cheap chrome headrest stems every day, which are totally corroded??" He gave me a dumb stare, as he knew his comment was purely imbecilic. On one occasion they told me a part was in for repairing my SUV. I made a Saturday appointment. I was there 90 minutes waiting for the work to be done, when they told me : "oh sorry - the part is not here." They wasted my Saturday morning. On the two occasions on which they actually did do warranty work - they failed to reassemble the parts on the seat and a mirror, so they do not work properly. In other words, they also have incompetent techs working on cars there, who fail to check their own work. I have caught nissan of saint augustine lying to me about exactly what work need to be done on every occasion I went there. Another occasion, it took over 40 minutes just to get the bill and check out. The last time I was there, they refused to give me the warranty invoice, and said we will mail it to you. That was months ago. They never did. When Parker owned this dealership, it had NONE of these problems - now it has gone to hell after being sold. Bottom line, they are INCOMPETENT and the owner could care less about us, the customer. I asked him for a call. The dealer owner does not care about Customers, as he totally ignored me. Consumers - GO ANYWHERE but AVOID nissan on St. Augustine to buy or maintain your vehicle!! And remember - nissan uses cheap metal, cheap leather, and parts in their cars, which they did not do 8 years ago. If you want an import from an Asian country, get a Hyundai or Toyota or Honda, even a Kia. Nissans are now: J-U-N-K.

How about NO stars! Showboat car wash is owned by a total A-hole, and with an a-s-s-h-o-l-e on-site manager, who each do not give a damn about these things called CUSTOMERS! I know; I spoke with both of them to complain about the lack of real cleaning and barely any water used when the car was being "washed." This p-u-n-k owns one of ONLY two automated car washes in St. Augustine. The other one is staffed by still drinking alcoholics and ex cons, and you even get to let these low life drive your car into the almost destroyed car wash (oh yeah, sign me up!). I went through this showboat wash on about 15 different occasions and had soap residue and dirt left all over my vehicle EVERY time. Why? Because they barely use any water. They do not even RINSE the vehicle BEFORE they start spraying it with soap, and running the harsh brushes, so your vehicle will positively have scratches on it from all the embedded dirt in the beat up brushes, and dirt particles on your car, unless YOU pre-rinse it at home before driving to showboat. The "free" vacuums with the disgustingly sticky hoses have little suction and not enough hose length to reach the back seat of a vehicle. On four occasions, the blow dryers were broken and they STILL ripped people off by running them through and charging the full price. On 2 other occasions, I saw the rude manager arguing with Customers after the showboat machinery had damaged their cars! I saw the damage firsthand. Bottom line: NEVER go to this hole run by a-s-s-h-o-l-e-s!! ATTENTION INVESTORS: want to make a 100% SOLID NET $150,000 +++ annual income? Build a REAL car wash in St. Augustine to blow these two LOSERS who own the only ones here, out of the water! You will be booked 7 days a week. I guarantee it! Everyone in St. Aug HATES the two worthless "car washes" here!

This is a real review by an actual Customer. Here is why I honestly give Panache a 3 star +++ review. The salon owner invited me back for a 2nd cut, after a disappointing 1st cut, from a person who is no longer there. She set me up with Mario, who specializes in mens' hair. Today Mario gave me an absolutely perfect cut. He listened to what I had in mind for my haircut. He confirmed what I told him I wanted done. Then he diligently did what I would have to call a: master cut. He spent almost an hour with me, and checked his work several times, without being asked to. Why? Because he realty cares about how you look. If you are lucky enough to get Mario to cut your hair, be advised that Mario cuts hair like any other rare older Professional who actually once serviced movie stars in California: EXPERTLY. I'm not a movie star, but he left me looking like one. If you are a male perfectionist and kinda hard to please, let me give you a tip: book an appointment with Mario at Panache. If you want a 1st class salon that proudly backs up their work, and places the Customer first, book an appointment at Panache. Kristy, thank you. You are so right; Mario was amazing. Jim Morrison PS: My Wife loves the stylist who has expertly cut her hair for the past 4 years and she also gives Panache 5 stars.
