I used to really enjoy going here for the hot wings. Lately, they haven't been that great. I'm not sure if it's just because one time they were really awesome and can't live up to that, or if they changed their recipe.

food was under temperature and linguine was very undercooked. i hate having to say millers sucks because the other locations in jax are amazing. the manager was helpful though and took the cajun chicken meal off.

Went on Christmas eve with three people. One star for being one of the few choices open in the area. They clearly over serve a dude at the bar and as he runs for the exit he vomits on my girlfriend's shoulder, the edge of our table, and floor. The manager comes out 20 minutes later unconcerned and the staff and my party explain what happened. The manager looks bewildered, leaves and the waitress tells us he comped a single food item and round of drinks. Wow guys, thanks for being so generous. The manager then refuses to return. Probably because he was as drunk as the patron that vomited on us and totally incompetent. What a complete joke.

Food is good. I recently had a waitress approach me aggressively in there due to some on-going drama as she was accompanied by another waitress, she made threatening comments, all because I asked if she was working because I did not want her near my table. I complained to management and they were very unprofessional of going about it, stood up for the waitress and proceeded to kick us out 20 minutes later for conversing about it, however we did get our meal for free. I had many friends call and complain to corporate. I hope that this workplace contributes in a drama-free environment and learns how to accompany their guests and have a more professional management team.

Worse lunch ever! We go there regularly for lunch and most of the time its awesome but when they are short of cooks they should tell you that when they seat you. When you have a limited time for lunch you don't have 45! minutes to wait for your food to be brought out. If they would have told us that when they seated us we would have gone somewhere else and would have been fine to come back another time. Now I don't want to go there for a while. And the waiter took more responsibility than the manager. She just blamed the staff. Being a manger I would never blame my staff like that. Even though he was a mess and little slow the tables next to us had different waiters and waited just as long as we did. Really they need new staff all around. Had to get our food to go and the meat was good but the broccoli was old and brown and bread stale. Really not on the mood for Ale House for a while.

I understand that you can't win everytime you serve a party. I visit this Ale House numerous times. Sometimes my service is shakey but mostly it's great. If you went to Ruth's Chris 100 times you would probably get good service 100 times. But you aren't paying $50 a plate here. The food is good and you can get a pitcher of beer for $4. Ignore the people who get upset that they didn't get a menu handed to them and pay attention to getting a lobster dinner here under $15. This place is great and I highly recommend it.
