Menu
Barra Rossa is a bustling burst of Italian flavor and energy. The lively atmosphere is perfect for sharing a meal with friends or family, or for a late night snack. The dynamic bar provides a vibrant venue for sampling from a selection of 50 Italian wines served by the bottle or quartino. Begin your meal with a sampling of Italian meats, cheeses and olives.  Next, try several of our signature hot and cold small plates. Then, choose from a selection of our wood-fired pizzas and pastas, or one of our signature entrees.

Great location, great servers, below average food for the price. You would expect more than the typical, "olive garden" type of menu and taste at a restaurant like this. I would rather eat locally but not when the food taste like this which is a disappointment.

We are so sorry about the food you received! This is in no way our standard and I have forwarded your review to our management team as well as our director of operations. Is there any way you would be willing to reach out to our General Manager Bill (bfrench@barrarossa.com) so we can get more details about your visit? We would like to know where exactly we went wrong as well as try and make this up to you personally. Thank you so much for your time -- we truly appreciate it and look forward to hearing from you!

The overall experience was one that has moved Stella Rossa to my second favorite italian restaurant in the suburban Philadelphia area. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was delicious without charging insane prices. My only complaint was our experience with our server. He whisked away our complementary bread while I was in the middle of a bite without any question of whether we were finished. He also seemed uninterested in helping at all by vanishing before our meal arrived. Overall, I will be going to this place regularly, but I will ask for a different server.

Not That good.....Only one house chardonnay selection which was not good at all....the salmon dish was rare and bland....pizza was just ok.....the bartender was great.

Great ambiance, the place is in a historic building with exposed masonry walls etc. The appetizers were very enjoyable - particularly the cured meats and cheeses. Had the veal saltimbocca entree and it was nicely done. Service was good, all staff were friendly. Would go back!

Lousy service, lousy menu, lousy food; period! Their chicken parm tastes like a frozen TV dinner and their linguini is so soaked in oil, it has no taste! Just awful! Never again!
