早晨現烤麵包 - 抹茶白巧克力
抹茶+白巧克力 超好吃~ 大家可以試看看喔 材料如下: 麵糰材料 高筋麵粉 (洽發彩虹) 190g 無糖抹茶粉 10g 冰水 60g 鮮奶 77g 砂糖 25g 酵母2g   鹽巴2g   奶油20g   內餡 白巧克力    64g 裝飾 高筋麵粉  適量 1.放入麵包機 啟動『麵包麵糰』模式,(已經包含揉麵+一次發酵60分鐘) 如果是用攪拌器,這份量對大多攪拌器來說都算少,建議做兩倍的份量會比較好打。 麵糰材料投入,慢速3分鐘,轉中速2分鐘之後放入奶油,慢速2分鐘,快速4-6分鐘(每一台機器不同 但重點要...
