Worst rental car experience ever. In 30yrs of business travel to multiple cities and countries I can say with certainty Sixt Rent A Car Atlanta Airport is bar none the worst. Their employees are, unprofessional, rude, and insensitive! Although their was a long line of waiting customers which I understand can be stressful for employees, but when you as an employee unleash that frustration on the customers with rude remarks you do your company and yourself a great disservice. I witnessed 4 customers ahead of me be subjected to smart remarks to simple questions, and laughs between the employees with persistence. When it was my turn I made sure to put on a big smile hoping for better treatment, which I did not get. I asked for a manager, and was initially told they wouldn't make an exception, after insisting, sure enough; as stated the MGR(?), was unwilling to help me. I explained my wallet was stolen out of my purse at a gas station 10 days prior to my unexpected trip home to bury my Aunt. I had received replacement credit cards and a new military ID, but the temp VALID paper driver license (with photo) was not accepted by Sixt Rent A Car which left my stranded 2 1/2 hrs away from my final destination. I stepped aside after the silent blank stares continued when I asked more questions. I then called the SIXT RENT A CAR CORPORATE OFFICE which was equally dismissive, and transferred me twice back to the ATL branch when I asked to speak to a corporate supervisor. I then walked down to HERTZ RENT A CAR, which took care of me with my valid temp paper driver license and military ID. After hearing what I had just been subjected to, the HERTZ clerk apologized for a competitors unprofessional behavior, and promptly upgraded me to a luxury model at no extra charge. Sixt Rent A Car isn't worth the few dollars you save!!! Stick with those in the industry with proven quality products and service!

Always the BEST rental cars. Usually good prices too. I use them every time I go to ATL airport. Love it! Keep it up!

Received a phone call (voicemail) from Sixt asking where my rental vehicle was 24 hours AFTER returning it to the Atlanta Airport location. Imagine getting that message, thinking that you might be liable for a brand new Chevy Tahoe! When I called to find out out WTF they where talking about, I was initially put on hold, then told to disregard that voicemail. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager/anyone in charge and was told nobody was in charge. I asked to have someone in authority call me, no one did. I did receive an email 3 days afterwards, AFTER I filled out their email generated survey on my customer "experience". Their records say I returned it at 6:00pm, when in fact, I returned it an hour to an hour and a half earlier. Do not rent from Sixt.

For the Atlanta airport, Sixt is the best. The check in and return process are very quick and painless. All of the staff are super friendly and always trying to make the experience better. I have been renting from Sixt for years and am a very loyal customer.

They lost our luggage and I was running late to get the vehicle, but the young lady that assisted me was superior. It only took about 15 minutes to get me processed and on my way. GREAT PLACE!!!!!!

After two hours of callling all the major companies trying to get information on which class of cars had bluetooth available on some vehicles, Sixt stepped up to the plate and found out for me. On top of that, the person took my reservation (which was 20% less than elsewhere for the same vehicle) and noted that a car with bluetooth should be readied for me when I check in. The level of customer service was impressive. Thank you, Sixt!

First time renting at sixt and I was very impressed by the excellent customer service and great prices.
