Menu
This restaurant represents gluten-free heaven! From the crispy, chewy, salty Gf breadsticks (replacing the breadbasket) to our own made-here bakery and frozen food selection, this is the place for celiacs. It is one of the only places in the Tri-state area where you can order authentic Neapolitian pizza in thin and thick crusted versions, that's gluten-free. Along with huge fresh salads, Italian grilled sandwiches called panini and a full line of baked goods all made there and all GF. The owner, Joseph Pace, goes to great lengths to bring celiacs delicious four-star "comfort" foods at a reasonable price. He offers a wide range of fantastic gluten-free dishes, many of which feature a special creamy Italian rice served often in northern Italy called "risotto" our specialty. The menu is clearly written and indicates with the "g" every dish that is gluten-free. Vegetarian & sugar free options pop up as special additions to the main menu. When you're finished with your delicious meal, check out the selection of  dry mixes and frozen GF foods to take home. Currently you can find pizzas, ciabatta , pizzas & chocolate chip cookie dough, soups, sauces and holiday pies, both sweet & savory. And be sure to fill out a suggestion card -- Mr. Pace is always looking for fresh ideas for his dynamic gluten-free menu. Table service, takeout, delivery and frozen foods are all offered at the restaurant

Thrilled to find a restaurant specializing in delicious risotto as well as also being gluten free. Double plus since I am celiac. The interior is very cozy. Amazing GF breadsticks. Many types of risottos to choose from. Cooked to order and absolutely delicious. Lots of white meat chicken chunks in the one I ordered. Very enjoyable and now I'm craving it as iwritethis review!

Way too salty. Like parched all night. Way overpriced...under the guise of 'accommodating' particular eaters (was with one) they charged on a per item basis, not mentioning this, and jacking up the bill accordingly. And, rather rude to boot.

Amazing risotto. Ordered the mozzarella, roasted portobello, and truffle oil arborio risotti (chicken stock based). Arborio has a high starch content that is released in the slow cooking process, thereby creating a creamy, butter-like consistency in the risotto. This was such a delicious dish, for only $17 shared between two people.

This place was great! I'm not crazy for risotto, but I really enjoyed the Risotteria. We started out with the arugula salad with mozzarella, dried tomato, and onions. We got it with a delicious lemony dressing! Then we tried the mozzarella & pesto risotto. It resembled green oatmeal, but tasted great! The mozzarella pizzette was pretty good too, though less remarkable than everything else.

Even if you aren't gluten-free, this place is a must. The tables are first come first serve, so I recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday to get a table. The gluten-free breadsticks are delicious and the food is hard to beat. A very cute place that is also a bakery which is perfect for the sweet tooth after Italian.

Wide selection of quality risottos and wine. Small space, but service is very fast, which keeps waits short for small groups.

The food was good, but the prices were incredibly high. The breadsticks were delicious, the pizza was good. However, $4.50 for a child's cup of lemonade is a bit much. I ordered one of their GF beers and it was $8 for the bottle. We'd love to go again, but it will have to be a very occasional treat.

Best.gluten.free.panini.EVER. Not that many gf options that are also vegetarian, and the prices are pretty steep though you do get a lot of yummy food. I squealed when I saw the gf breadsticks. Never thought I'd have breadsticks again!
