Agent booking staff will glamor up the place and promise many things that don't come through, I would too if I worked off commissions. This is not truly a dog friendly community. The linoleum floors were disgusting. Place was filthy when I moved in, took me weeks to get it in decent shape. The dryer in my unit was so inefficient, that the smoke alarm went off when you ran it. Exterior windows have not been cleaned in years. Maintenance team is the best part about this place, but they are overworked and underpaid, and can barely keep up with the mess of years behind the falsely advertised upgrades. This is a UMASS ghetto and loud parties, gun fire (shot guns, probably from neighboring farms too), and illegal fireworks greeted me while I stayed there. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for what you will get, or won't get in this case. Some neighbors are very friendly, but most are quite standoffish. Oh and the 'free' hot water is 'free', when there actually is hot water spent 2 whole days without. You could clean this place for weeks and not get the black mold, mucked linoleum, and stained formica counter tops even close to acceptable. I wish anyone who moves here the best of luck, but let it be your last resort.

I really appreciated the sales help from Blue Spruce. I did not feel pressured as I have from other dealerships. The receptionist however, I found impolite. I had some simple questions in the beginning and after my purchase and I could not have reached a more unwelcome response, I just at first felt that she 'laughed at my questions/inqueries. April 20, 2013 I wanted to follow up on my review! Didn't want to delete entirely for the following: Mandy (Spelling?) the receptionist, I felt slighted by, was very kind to call me as a follow up and extend her apologies for miscommunication. I am very grateful, and appreciate when someone owns that they may have offended another. We are all human, and I am too. I REALLY love my new Highlander and love that I supported a Boulder business. Thank you Mandi (sp?) for the call, and here's to the success of Blue Spruce Auto!! ( I fully support!) and the many miles and happy times I will have with my new car. Thank you for making this feel COMPLETELY like this was the right, no BEST, decision I could make in a car buying experience amidst misunderstanding or what have you. Keep putting smiles on those faces of customers! All my best to the Blue Spruce Auto Sales Team! Thank you, Heather Rose P.S. If anyone could let me know how I could obtain a copy or owner's manual for the highlander, ( I know it was pre-owned and perhaps wasn't with the vehicle when you obtained it), that would be awesome. Again, Thanks for the help and the commitment to customer satisfaction.
