A friend of mine told me that in the U.S. we get all the "justice" that we can afford. I treat each of my clients like family. However, I still see that our justice system seems to have a double standard at times. Judges, politicians, and the wealthy sometimes get tons more leniency than the average citizen. I tried to address that in this article where a Texas judge gets caught driving while intoxicated, and then gets off with a slap on the risk. Do you think I have gone too far in this article?

I almost always advise my clients to refuse all standard field sobriety tests, refuse to blow, refuse a blood sample, unless there is a search warrant. People always ask why, so I tried to write an extensive article explaining the situation. Do you see anything that I have left out? Or do you think I went a little to EXTREME in the article? I'd love to hear how you guys are handling this question.
