I went to get an oil change during lunch knowing that I also had a front headlight out that they would check and replace. Jake was my attendant. He found that I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail, which I was grateful to find out. Next he replaced the light, ensuring me the swap would add little time to the overall service, which I mentioned was somewhat important because I was on my lunch break. Once the oil change was finished, and my new headlight replaced, he gave me my bill and realized he hadn't charged me for the headlight. When I offered to pay, he replied, "We don't need to bother with swiping your card twice," indicating I was getting that for free. Granted, the process wasn't terribly labor intensive, and, truth told, it might've simply been disconnected and quickly reattached. But that's beside the point. I could've been charged for a service I was expecting to pay for from the onset - but I wasn't. I will be plugging my tire this weekend, and the next time I need an Oil Change, I'll be back at this location. Great service.
