Went up to Noosa Heads, Australia with DK Photography and shot some extreme Astrophotography for a few nights a couple weeks ago.

The large ball under the eaves is not a hornet colony. It is made of the bundle of cedar leaves, and called Sakabayashi (酒林) or Sugitama (杉玉). It means being a traditional Sake brewery here, including the region-specific of Hida (飛騨) and confidence in the quality. Actually good taste, maybe my kind of Sake. Everybody (except under 20-age) can taste with a tiny glass for a price within 300 yen. Strolling through the old town in tipsy (it is 100% allowed in Japan). Leading to a good trip and a nice experience occasionally. Hida Takayama ／Gifu Prefecture. Best viewed large
