This article made me think of +Rachel Yates who has relocated across continents with more dogs and cats than family members. Sorry I should reframe that the dogs and cats are family members!

This will give some insights to modern Chinese culture.
An important video to watch that will help non-Chinese understand the "leftover women" situation in China.

My own experiences have shown me that the so-called leftover women are among the bravest, most independent, and most interesting women in China, and I am lucky enough to have several of them as close friends.

So if you know a "leftover woman", please support her in believing she doesn't need a man to define her destiny.
