I was staying in the area in 2008 and stumbled on this place because of the big crowd and queue outside. The food, interior, atmosphere and value were so good that I came back for more. As a relaxed and cosy eatery, it is probably the best in the area. Small fishes and green peppers are fantastic.

The best tapas restraunt I have ever been too! The food was so fresh and cooked to perfection! I could eat here every night! I loved it. Staff were friendly and offered great service. The sangria was great too

Great food at a reasonable price a few blocks from Passeig Gracia. Affordable for families who want to bring kids. My favorite casual kid-friendly tapas place in this area.

Food was good but felt overhyped. I think Anthony Bourdain would rave about it but I'm clearly not that developed. Creme Catalan was tasty.

Came here due to the massive hype - once on holiday, and again with Spanish colleagues on a short business trip. So it obviously has local appeal too, if the Spaniards brought us here too! The food was good but not "exceptional". The real value comes in the value for money, because it was tasty and a very good price. But not the most authentic or romantic feeling place in Barcelona.

We came here at the recommendation of a friend so I'm not sure if it was just a bad day. The food was very, very bland. We had calamari which came with no sauce. Mussels which were completely plain, razor clams which were tasty but came almost cold, a plate of chorizo which, again was cold, pan con tomate which was really hard and stale. I wasnt offered a choice of wine by the glass and the house red is sour and tasteless. My partner and I had high hopes given the reviews but it is probably at the bottom of our list of places we've ever been to. Do yourself a favour and head down into Born for some little gems instead.

Probably one of the best tapas restaurant in bcn. Long queues are frequent, so arriving early and having pacient is needed

Good food at affordable prices. Crowds build up after 1 pm, so come early to avoid queuing up.
