Excellent! We ate here today for lunch. It was very crowded. Had to wait about a half hour but it was worth it. Potatoes bravos were great (but filling) and the mini hot dog was awesome! The boyfriend loved the anchovies. Definitely want to go back and try more. Plus the pumpkin cake was delicious.

We had to wait an hour for a table, but managed to score two stools (for three of us) at the bar for part of our wait. Ni modo...it was lively and fun and the tapas were tasty. Worth a visit if you are with friends who don't mind waiting.

The only thing 4 stars about this place is its real estate. There are far better tapas in Barcelona for much less of a wait and much less money. This place is like the P.F. Chang's of Tapas. The way they manage the crowd here is the worst. They just let hordes of people surround the hostess station, so while it might seem you are waiting in line for the hostess station, you aren't. If you really want to eat here then you must shove your way to the hostess stand, push past the polite people who think there is a line and put your name in with the hostess. This may sound funny, but it's actually how they do it here, trust me. The food was just decent and the service was quick. Nothing was awful, but nothing was that good either. The things I enjoyed, like the jamón, you can literally get anywhere in this city. The calamari was flavorless and the shrimp in garlic oil still had just enough bits of shell on it to add a nice crunch... Avoid the hype of the apparent crowd and go somewhere off the beaten path.

The line was long, had to wait about 35 mins, but the service was quick and the food was excellent. A bit pricey though its worth it. I warmly advice to visit!

3rd visit in a year. The 1st 2 experiences were wonderful (which explains the repeated visits) however yesterday was disappointing. Food served were generally cold. Like it was prepared and left there for a long time. The pulpo was served with mashed potatoes, which should have been sliced potatoes since its Galician style. I don't think I'll be coming back here anytime soon.

Just arrived in Barcelona this evening and our host suggested this place to us. We went early (8pm) and the place was bunged. As we were waiting for a seat we were asked to sit down at the bar whereupon the waiter / started to bring us drinks then fantastic seafood and meat plates. We had to ask him to stop after about an hour! Reasonably priced and amazing eclectic clientele. Great evening. Highly recommend a barstool instead of a table inside.

A great spot for dinner. Near ramblas. Very lively atmosphere always full of people. I recommend eating at the bar, you get to meet some new people and it's a much better time. The tapas are the usual assortment, gambas, chorrizo, etc... I wouldn't say they are the best. I came here more for the atmosphere than anything else. They also have outdoor seating, just remember that a lot of people smoke, so you might find yourself surrounded by smokers.
