Chemicals confidence remains strong: EU Commission Business Survey data showed that chemical business trading conditions became more favourable in the third quarter of 2017, compared to the previous quarter of the same year. Company confidence was still above the long-term average and chemicals output rose by 3.3% during first seven months of 2017 year on year.
