This is huge news.  It's now possible to custom build tools within your CMS or ecomm software to manage A/B tests.   This is a game changer.

I made a reservation online for this location, and received an email saying "Your order is confirmed". When I arrived at this location I was told the truck was unavailable because it was going to be rented to someone else who made a reservation a few days earlier than I did. Instead of an apology, I was told I should have read the website's Terms and Conditions where it said "subject to availability". Instead of renting the 10' truck from 9am to 9pm, the only truck available was a Cargo Van from 5pm (same day) to 1pm (next day). Because the Cargo Van is much smaller, I couldn't fit everything into the truck, so I had to make multiple trips which resulted in higher kilometers and therefore more usage charges. Additionally, because of the multiple trips, it took longer to move. So instead of spending 5 hours during the day, I spent 10 hours moving in the middle of the night (until 3am). Overall, this was a totally unacceptable level of service, and will not be using U-Haul again. I will also tell everyone I know not to use U-Haul. Why would they confirm my reservation when they didn't have the truck in the first place? How can anyone trust a reservation with U-Haul when they reserve trucks that aren't available? Their customers make plans to move based on truck availability. And if the truck isn't available, those plans can be totally screwed up. Their policy of reserving unavailable trucks basically tells me they have zero respect for their customers' time.

Shady business practices - beware of the "bait and switch". I booked a cargo van with them on short notice and received a call the next day confirming the reservation. When I showed up they told me they didn't have any cargo vans available. All they had was a minivan. They claimed they'd called me the day before and left a message letting me know, which was not true. I checked my call history and voicemail and didn't get a call from them. When showing me the minivan, I noticed 2 cargo vans sitting in their parking lot and asked why I couldn't rent those. "those need maintenance and aren't safe to drive", they replied. When I dropped off the minivan 12 hours later (on a Saturday night), the 2 cargo vans were gone. Maybe they were taken for maintenance, but my guess is they rented them out to somebody else. To top it off, even though a minivan would make it much more difficult for me, they didn't give me a discount on the rental fee. I was disappointed with my experience here. If I had time to find a replacement van I would have walked out, but I was under time constraints so I didn't have a choice. Even though they got away with it this time I will not use Enterprise again.

We first had our business cards printed with Allegra False Creek 3 years ago. Unfortunately their designer changed the design / layout of the card without consulting with us, so we were a bit shocked when we picked them up. Allegra agreed to reprint the cards using our original design. We had new business cards printed there a couple weeks ago, and the cut of the cards was significantly off, so it now looks lopsided. We will not be using them again.

NetNation generally has good technical support, but they gouge you on everything. Their website claims to offer a MySQL database with their hosting packages, but it costs $60 to set the database up. We switched primary domain names, and they charged us the setup fee again.
