Super warm during a snow storm. All staff was very nice. I had the LOW COUNTY SHRIMP AND GRITS. It was VERY salty. I couldn't even eat the grits, the shrimp was perfect though. Guess lesson learned, order food you can salt yourself.... manager was so very nice and came and talked to me immediately and apologizedelete. SALAD bar is....okay. all veggies looked fresh, I wouldn't suggest eating the pre-made pastas, they LOVE salt here. The Blu cheese was AMAZING! i did try all the dressings, but that was thr best. Prices aren't the BEST, but not the worst. Ordered a Bloody Mary and substatuted the vodka for Jameson, and THAT was my best decision all night. Oh and my server was the kind of server we all look for, attentive but not annoying. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

We were in town to ski Easter week and Easter weekend. We ate at Ruby's Wednesday night, got there really late, but were treated as if we were locals and friends. The staff is super friendly (wish I had noted our server's name), and the food was very good. We came back again later in the week, and the same thing. Super friendly staff (Diego), and really good food. I ordered the rib plate where you can choose two different kinds of ribs. Both were awesome. I don't understand the negative reviews on this page. We had great service and food both times we ate there.

My sister and I sat ourselves in the bar area. We were not welcomed or acknowledged by the bar tending staff, which there were at least 2 of (one of which was training, so I take that even more into consideration, considering she's being trained as a future bartender and the trainer saw us, but personally failed to acknowledge us). About five minutes later, a server finally arrived with menus and the experience was acceptable from here on out. Note: there were about 8 people total in the bar, which can probably serve/seat closer to 45-50. Food was mediocre. The Smokey Mountain Chicken came across a little salty, fake mashed potatoes, but the grilled zucchini was good. My sisters chicken tenders were warm, but the grease needed to be changed, considering they were that dark brown color. Overall experience was just "meh" at best, and I'm a Summit County local for close to 20 years. I always give places chances and sadly, it'll be another 3 months before I come back and before I would recommend anyone else visit here. Also, of note, a restaurant in Colorado can lose their liquor license if they seat persons under the age of 21 at the actual bar. This particular Ruby Tuesday's may be above that rule.

I had a super good hamburger here! Place was clean and people were friendly, only problem was the beer prices weren't on the menu and our waitress didn't know the price either? That was weird

I walked into the restaurant with my wife and son and the hostess sat us. We were there for 15 minutes, the hostess, two waiters and a manager walked by us did not ask us if we had been helped yet. After 15 to 20 minutes of no service at all we got up and left and on our way out the hostess says have a good evening. Absolutely the worst service or lack of I have ever had in my life.

Fabulous view of the mountains, nice ambiance and great service! Employees with umbrellas escorted guests to and from cars because it was pouring. The small biscuits that were served while waiting for the entree were slightly sweet and tasty, but only one each. Our burgers arrived quickly. Mine was overflowing with barbecue sauce and was the messiest I've ever eaten, but it was tasty! Next time I will ask for the sauce on the side.

Its a Ruby Tuesday. Good if you're afraid of trying something new and local. Opt for the nearby (excellent) Dillon Dam Brewery, (excellent) Adrianos Bistro, (very good) Arapahoe Cafe, (very good) Pug Ryans, or (mediocre) Red Mountain Grill; if you're looking to sit down to eat. Nothing against Ruby Tuesday as the food is great, but it's just another franchise. Chances are you are reading reviews because you are not very familiar with the area; I strongly suggest trying something local that you'll only find in Summit County! Tip: head to Main Street Frisco for even more excellent local options.
