My sister Helen and I have been coming here for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Not only do they have the highest quality merchandise, the customer service is outstanding! The friendly, smiling faces of the staff make it a pleasure to be there. I am proud to show off my purchases to family and friends! :-) Love it! Love it! Love it!

Went into store to inquire about re-silvering and of course visited my favorite "Princess Room". From there you end up all over the store. It is always a nice experience visiting Silver Queen. The employees are exceptional and so down to earth and friendly. My friend and I saw Debi whom we worked with many times and as usual she made the end result of our purchase so pleasant. Whether you're buying a silver plated spoon or a $1,000 pendant you're treated the same by this patron friendly sales associate. Say Hi to her if you're ever in the store and I recommend you go there. Very nice Saturday morning for my friend and I. Ginny Bogue

I went in looking for a gift for my mother... I have never been in the store before and felt a little lost. A woman named Shelly ce up and took such great care of me. She had no problem going through the store with me as well as taking great care to go over any questions I had. Thanks Silver Queen for keeping such a great staff and I will be back!

The staff is wonderful... the prices are excellent... After Christmas my father in law needed pearl earrings. We thought inventory would be scant right after Christmas, but as it turned out, we got the perfect pair for the perfect price. I highly recommend shopping at the Silver Queen. Frank Gibson

I have been to Silver Queen many times, and have always found it to be enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and willing to just let me walk around and browse when I am not sure "exactly" what I'm looking for. They are always helpful and approachable when I have questions, and never seem too busy to assist me with my purchase. I have sold some of my old gold jewelry there, and have always received a fair and generous price.

I have been to Silver Queen a few times. Today Chris helped me. He was very helpful and I will return . The staff is also very helpful. By the way this is the first time I see Chris in a suit. He looked great.

I have been coming here for 7 years for all of my jewelry!!! They have a great selection that is very well priced. Kathy is the best. She will go out of her way to ensure that you find just what you are looking for. If she doesn't have it, she will get it for you. Go see her for all your jewelry needs...you won't be sorry.

It has taken me a while to write this, but I am reminded daily of my experience due to a loose, rattling diamond. My husband upgraded my engagement diamond in our wedding set, the original was not purchased with them, and the one that was is a certified...beautiful marquise diamond. It was an absolutely wonderful surprise. Here's where the frustration comes in. They set the diamond on my original engagement band (note, a new head). From the beginning one of the tips of the marquise did not sit down in the notch of the prong and the prong is below the bevel of the diamond...it is not seated but, “there being six prongs” they told me it was okay. Alright, I was happy…they are the professionals. Within a couple of weeks we took the ring up to have them solder the engagement ring and wedding band together. While there our Sales Rep and I, together, talked it out and she drew a diagram showing the exact setting we came up with for her jeweler. When I went to pick it up…it was everything she and I discussed we didn’t want (I guess there is no follow up before calling me to pick it up as I think it was the first time she had seen it too, when she handed it to me). I was shocked and disappointed (of course). I left it and they reset it to the diagram. Somewhere in this time frame I mentioned that the diamond is loose...it rattles…our Rep looped it, we went over the end of the diamond above the prong and the uneven setting. They said they would fix it. I went to pick up the ring and it had the proper setting (loved it). BUT, the ring still rattled…I was disappointed to leave it again but trusted our Rep. Our Rep said she would make it right and put a new head on it. I went to pick it up days later and it rattled worse, now it was both longitudinal and transverse the diamond whereas before it was just one way!!! That prong was the same…below the bevel of the end of the diamond, not secured in the notch. The Rep that gave it to me says “no diamond is perfect”, I give up…I thought a prong could be made to fit the diamond. It was confirmed when they said that basically messing with the metal will weaken it…I know. They said they would replace the head…not mess with it. I literally cried as I left. NOT a follow up call, not a “let’s try again”…NOTHING. So, months later I am anxious and reminded of my experience because I am afraid of losing the diamond. I have got to get it secured, even though “no diamond is perfect”, I am confident a setting shouldn’t rattle. Their jewelry is gorgeous…but I would not recommend to have any work done on your pieces or expect follow up. Anxiety is…having to turn over my most special memento to another jeweler where the diamond wasn’t purchased. I can’t wear it and have to pull the trigger. Also, not looking forward to paying for something we already paid for.
