This is my 7 year old daughter's "newspaper" article for school. They were to write a "Meet My Hero" piece and while some were writing about football players, etc. Her's reads as follows about her hero Mark Terwilleger.
"My hero is my cousin Mark. He travels to far away places to help people and fight for our feeding. He is now in Hawaii for 3 years. He is searching for lost men and equipment. He is a Major and he inspires me to be strong."
To be honest; he is one of my heroes too....and for the same reasons. Thanks for everything Mark.
