As a sophomore and living in first apartment, I couldn't be happier. The Retreat has made me feel so at home. The staff and the management are always so friendly and very helpful whenever I have to go to the office. They are always quick to respond to work orders and accommodate me and my roommates needs. The complexes are a nice size and I am happy to have resigned to live here another year. (And they're super close to campus!!!) I highly recommend living at The Retreat!

the retreat is definitely top 3 student housing apartments in San Marcos. The location is nice and it's extremely close to campus. Every time I put it in a work order it gets done within a day or two. Lastly, the pool is huge and the workout room is nice as well.
