On September 26th, 2014 Technician diagnosed problem with clothes washer and recommended ordering replacement part. Took my payment for $321.86 telling me that was full payment for diagnostics, part and installation. I was told by technician that the part would arrive by the end of the week and he would schedule time to come back and install part. After a week I hadn't received a call so I called their office where the dispatcher told me the part had arrived and he scheduled the technician to come out to complete the repair on Wednesday 10/15 between 1-3 pm. No one showed up. I was in the hospital the next day so couldn't call them back until Friday the 17th where the same dispatcher, Sean, told me he would call back that day with a new time for the repair. He didn't call back on the 17th or the 18th to schedule so I called back on 10/20. Sean the dispatcher told me the tech would come out on 10/23 between 1 and 3 to finish the repair. No one showed up. On 10/24 I called back. Sean the dispatcher now told me that the part hadn't arrived, or it had arrived and had been returned (his story kept changing) and that now the part would arrive on 10/31. On 11/3 I called Sean the dispatcher who told me he would find out the status of the part and call me back that day. By 5:14pm I hadn't heard anything so I called Sean the dispatcher again. He said he didn't have the status of the part but he would call me back on 11/4. Sean didn't call back on 11/4 as promised. I called on 11/5 at 9:05 am. Sean told me I that the part was now not due until end of that week or the following week. I asked to cancel the part and to return my payment. Sean told me he would check on this and he would call me back. Sean the dispatcher did not call me back so I called him back on 11/6. Sean told me that he never told me he would call me back and that he never scheduled the technician on the previous occasions. I was out of town for a few days and we hadn't heard anything about the part so on 11/12 my wife called and spoke to Sean who once again claimed the part would arrive at the end of this week or next week. He also said that the technician thought there may be another bad part and that the original payment did not include installation of the first part. He also claimed I had been informed of this during the first and only visit by the technician. I was not informed of any of this. Sean the dispatcher also told my wife that I had been told by the technician that our washer was an old machine and that the parts would be hard to get. I was not told this. This company and its representative Sean the dispatcher are the worst vendors I have ever dealt with on any issue for anything. 8 weeks later. No repair. So tonight, day of posting this the company owner Tony called and said he was doing us a favor by calling at night as he was off duty. Enough said, this is the level of their customer service.

This company is not to be trusted. It has been eight weeks since they came to our home and took our money. They have constantly made excuses as to why they cannot install the part. Their customer service guy Shaun has lied repeatedly. He has lied to both myself and my partner. We have kept track of every email and every conversation we have had with the company. Twice they have scheduled technicians and twice they have not turned up. We are now going to find another company and attempt to get our $250.00 back. Do not use them. Find an alternative.

Catherine is a wonderful trainer, they came into my house and trained my dog while i was at work. The obedience is great and the methods are so dog friendly

Have spent a lot of money with them in the last five months. The furniture is excellent but the after sales customer service is dreadful. On both occasions i had to chase down things promised. Will not buy from there again.
