Great place for after work drink and appetizer. Wonderful steaks. But best item is the calamari with peppers. Expensive, but you pay for the great food and service. Once a year treat. Or more frequent to impress business clients.

For a little over $20 (before tip) I got exceptional service from both the hostess and the waitperson, a tasty bowl of clam chowder (that should have been a wee bit warmer), a delicious, and very large aged steak salad, and an uber-rich slice of espresso chocolate cake. I was pleased, and stuffed. This is a white table cloth restaurant that serves many deep pocketed customers (see the reserved cigar boxes on the wall and the pricy wine list if you don’t believe me), so business attire is preferred. That said, Capital Grille did not turn away the casually attired folks in my group, nor were we treated like anything but welcomed guests.

Fantastic service. The waiter was amazingly receptive and knowledgable about the menu. I am, however, disappointed at the cost of menu items. I expected an expensive meal going there but when paying upwards of $50 for a single steak, I expected better. Don't get me wrong, the food was excellent, just disproportionately priced.

Top notch service! The food has always been good and consistent but it's the service I really enjoy here. The servers are very knowledgeable and they are always happy to give recommendations. I don't eat steak but I always leave full and happy!

My finance and I went there to celebrate a promotion, so the cost was higher than usual. The amount reflects a $90 bottle of wine we ordered, apps, and tip. Amazing food. We ordered some raw oysters to start, and a prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella (or as our wonderful waitress said her family calls it, "fancy ham and cheese"). For the main course I got the Wagyu filet and she got the filet mignon. We split the shared plates of asparagus (steamed perfectly) and mashed potatoes. The waitress was very helpful in selecting from their expansive wine list too. This was my second time going to The Capital Grille - and will definitely not be the last.
