What is the Accelerated Marketing Process (AMP)®?
• AMP is a 30 day marketing process that highlights a
property beyond the traditional real estate methods of
marketing by employing proven marketing methods
combined with a reserve auction.
• Instead of waiting for an offer, AMP sets a schedule and
requires offers to be submitted in a chosen and controlled
time frame.
• It is proven that after 30 days of being on the market, the
probability of a sale to occur is cut in half. Utilizing AMP®
after 30 days of listing or upon listing counteracts these
effects inviting competition and offers.
What are the benefits to me as a seller?
• Seller only sells for their price.
• Open bidding assures you are getting fair market value.
• Quick sale reduces long-term carrying costs.
• Exposes the property to a large number of pre-qualified
• Property sold “As Is”, No contingencies.

Will it cost me more in commissions?
•There are no additional commissions. The AMP team is
compensated by the buyer using a 5% buyers premium.

What is the Accelerated Listing Service (ALS)®?
• The Accelerated Listing Services (ALS)® is a core piece
to the Accelerated Marketing Process (AMP)®.
• Every AMP® property starts with an online marketing
auction leading up to the onsite AMP® event date.
• It is proven that today's buyers demand they get their
information first from online sources. With your property
placed online in the ALS®, buyers can view pictures of the
property, gather information like neighborhood details,
maps, demographics, school districts etc. They can also
download specifics about your property like disclosures,
survey, inspection reports, and home owners
• Buyers can also register to bid for your property online,
after a formal registration process, adding to the
excitement about your property. This buyer tracking
increases the likelihood of a sale through follow up.
• Lastly, through the ALS®, your Realtor can collect vital
information about prospective buyers to ensure proper
and timely follow up to keep them focused on your AMP®
