What was supposed to be a lovely gesture from my husband turned into a unrelaxing and uncomfortable spa experience. I had the facial, pedicure, and massage package. I don't belive the girl who did my pedicure and facial had any true training nor did the girl who did my massage. The looked like they just pulled them off the street and asked them to massage my back. My toe nails look bumpy and the nail polish was cheap dollar store brand and already peeling off after a few hours. At one point I looked down at my feet and notice the bottle of whatever they putting on me said "Ultrasound Gel." The atmosphere of the spa (if you can call it that) was dirty, dingy, and creepy. The rooms were unorganized and I felt like I was in a Criminal Minds espisode just waiting for more tourture. It was a long uncomfortable two and a half hours. I couldn't wait for it to be over and get out of there and in fact would have left early had it not been a gift from my husband. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. There are plently of great places with great deals. STAY AWAY! and don't believe any postive reviews.

I have no clue how this place has such a high overall rating.. especially when you look through, there are SO many negative reviews. Horrible. My husband and I brought Groupons for the 4 hour spa treatment. It took quite a few days to actually get an appointment scheduled because they never answer the phone and their mailbox is full.. when I finally did get a hold of someone, I explained that I had a Groupon for the 4 hour treatment, and needed to schedule an appointment for the both of us. She put me on hold, and then when she finally came back, she answered like she never talked to me and I had to explain everything again. After we finally scheduled the date she told me that I needed to make sure that I tipped $80 a person ( that would have been an additional $160 on top of the $200 I already paid.).. That is $20 an hour! I ended up canceling my Groupon and scheduling somewhere else.

My first time ever leaving a review because I don't like bad mouthing people. I just don't want anyone else to go through the bad experience that I did . I purchased a groupon for Facial and massage to start a 10 am . I took the day off work, then received a call right before my appointment to tell me the facial worker called in sick . So I had to wait until noon for my massage. When I got to the spa, the lady at the desk was very uninviting. She told me that after my massage I could do a pedicure to make up for not getting a facial. After my massage I was told the pedicure wasn't going to happen because they were too short handed. I only received my massage and as I was paying for my massage I was told that my tip was too small . In front of all the guest in the lobby she told me that the last guest tipped $20 and I should do the same . Never felt so uncomfortable before . I will make sure that all my friends know about this place and I will continue to go back to the Sego Lily Spa where they are courteous and extremely professional especially compared to this new day spa.

I cancelled my first appointment and got a refund from Groupon, because I was shocked by how rude and how bad the secretary made me feel when I called to set up an appointment. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt like this place needed to know that I had a horrible experience that made me feel super embarrassed and feel worthless while talking to the person representing their company. I felt uncomfortable even trying the service after being treated so rudely.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I feel like the receptionist at this spa needs to know that she is making this place lose business. When I called to schedule my appointment she was completely annoyed by the fact I was wanting to book services THEY offer on Groupon. She was completely rude to the point that I felt almost as if I was taking advantage and she said these groupings are causing her extra work. Today I called, same woman (who will not give me her name) and she was hateful and rude again when I tried to reschedule because I needed to have emergency surgery. (I am giving them 4 hour notice)I did apologize but rather than showing and empathy or understanding..she made rude comments back to me about how now they will have a person sitting here with nothing to do for 4 hours. (Strange, for all I know she is the owner because she seemed to have took this as a financial loss for her.) I tried cancelling sooner but their phone always says that the voicemail box is full. I understand not cancelling when they're closed but I was hoping to give as much notice as possible. I could continue ....but I think that my point is---they need to get someone else on the phones, stop offering Groupon if they are too much trouble AND they've lost me as a customer.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Called them to reschedule an appointment and was unable to get anybody to answer the phone. Found out that somebody does indeed work there a couple hours before my appointment. When I explained the situation the receptionist was plain nasty with me. She was unhelpful and extremely rude explaining it was all my fault and I was just out the money I had paid for the service. Totally blown away by what a horrible experience this was. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We got a deal on KSL for a cheap couples massage, the lady was nice when we came in and the massage was decent. Later we decided we wanted another massage there, we called in to see if there was any appointments open and the person on the phone was really rude. I didnt have too much time to schedule one for today and just wanted to see if there were any spots open, when it was revealed that there wasnt any in our time frame my fiancee kindly thanked her and let he know we didnt have too much time today to fit it in and she was very rude about it and even asked us why we even called. This kind of ruined it for us. What kind of customer service is so rude about just wanted to know a time?
