Really interesting tech, Mike.  I didn't even know this stuff existed.

1987.  The glory days of the almighty PC.  Anyone here remember debug c800:5?

The last truly great psychological horror movie I watched was Silence of the Lambs.  At the time of its release, it was so totally unique and horrifying that nothing which followed even had a chance at reaching that level.  Don't get me wrong.  A lot of truly great and entertaining horror is out there.  Like The Descent for instance.   But nothing has since turned my face white like Lambs.  It's a light horror now.  It's been quoted and parodied and copied so many times that it appears dated and soft.  But WHEN it was released, it was a nightmare to experience.   I want to experience that fresh feeling again.  And I keep waiting.

Unbelievably awesome.  Frankly, I didn't know the human nervous system could coordinate and move that fast.

The terrible truth.
Meet Alayne Fleischmann, the woman JPMorgan Chase paid one of the largest fines in American history to keep from talking.

Here's what I'm thinking:  Small two axis servo gimbals that holds this device's antenna and your PC's WiFi device/antenna.  Write a program to find the sweet spot, lock onto it, and follow it if it grows weak.  Imagine devices like wireless IP camera's, TV's and game consoles, etc actively finding the best possible signal in a narrow sphere.  Basically smart antennas!  In places like coffee shops with constantly moving barriers, this would be awesome to maintain best connection strength.

Sorry.  Now that I've used instant curing UV resin, I can never go back to cyanoacrylate.

Google bought this technology and it just disappeared.  What are they doing with it?
