Trying the new kilt with olds garb. Decent start but have some shopping to do next weekend

Got the new kilt. It's a bit darker than I thought it would be but I think that's good. Can't wait to try it on when I get home.

Life is starting to get busy. I need a personal assistant. Any volunteers? At this point I'll have to pay you in trade for photography, nutrition advice, or personal training. I know, it's not a strong sell.

The more I work with Java-based software, the more annoying it gets. Having to deal with Oracle now is just the icing on the cake.

My audiobook slate is cleared. I can now return to my re-listen of the Wheel of Time series in anticipation of the final installment. Dragon Reborn here I come.

Two weeks til Texas!

My Daily Nutrition:

1-scoop Protein Shake pre-workout (BSN Syntha-6 + glutamine)
Vitamins: Animal Pak, BCAA pills
Pre-workout drink: Animal Rage, 1 scoop (lifting days only)
2-scoop Protein Shake post-workout (BSN Syntha-6 + glutamine + creatine)
Vitamins: Animal Pak (only on lifting days)
2 Bananas as snacks throughout the day, usually with a cup of coffee
1 Chicken Breast, 1 can of black beans, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for first lunch
1 Chicken Breast, 1 can of black beans, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for 2nd lunch
1 Eye of round Steak, 36 almonds for dinner
Vitamins: Animal Flex, glutamine + creatine in water, 2 BCAA pills
1/2 cup of 4% fat cottage cheese before bed

Grand Total around 3250 calories a day, roughly 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fat (actually I count it as 3000 and don't include the coconut oil in my calculations). Chicken breasts and steak are 150-175g. If I don't grow on this, shoot me.

Due to scheduling conflicts I will be unable to watch the season premiere Castle until Thursday. This makes me a sad monkey.
