You might also try cutting out Xantham Gum, Guar Gum, Carageenan. Anything that is used as a thickener in gluten free baking. I have two friends who thought they were gluten intolerant and it turned out to be they had an allergy or intolerance to the gums!!!! I am gluten intolerant and have stopped eating things with gums in them and have much more comfort and fewer trips to the bathroom! :)
